SUBJECT: Security Locks
Attached to this letter are your two security key FOBS. Each FOB has a registered serial number that is assigned to your specific apartment. Lost FOBS will be disabled and you will be charged for the replacement at Association cost.
EFFECTIVE: June 7, 2010
Effective June 7, 2010 the pool gates and clubhouse doors will be electronically locked and you must use your FOB to gain access to the pool area, the restrooms and the clubhouse.
GAINING ACCESS:
There is an electronic reading device attached to the fence adjacent to each pool gate and beside each clubhouse door. To gain access, simply pass your FOB in front of the reader and the lock will activate after which you can open the gate or door. When the door or gate closes the lock will activate and the door or gate will once again be locked.
EXITING:
To exit the pool you must pass your FOB in front of the reader to disengage the electronic lock. Each clubhouse door is equipped with an electronic motion sensor that will disengage the lock when you approach the door to exit.
POOL EMERGENCY:
In the event of an emergency located to the right of the center clubhouse patio door is a button then can be depressed that will disengage the pool gates to allow emergency personnel to gain access to the pool area.
POOL /CLUBHOUSE HOURS:
The pool is open from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM. The clubhouse will be accessible during these hours unless reserved for a private function. Your FOB will only grant access during these times.
